Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase or order number is required to process your return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

Items damaged by misuse or improper care.

Items not purchased directly from Skooper or an authorized distributor.

Gift cards and promotional items.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective product for the same item, please contact us at sales@skooper.ca
